What HEART Guardians Evaluate

  • Certification is conducted exclusively by HEART Guardians, using the HEART Evaluation Suite™ to assess based on:

      Measures how systems respond under emotional stress or uncertainty.

    • Tone Empathy Quotient (TEQ)
      Assesses a system’s ability to align tone with human emotional signals.

    • Emotional Arc Response Tracking
      Maps the full emotional journey of an interaction from start → midpoint → resolution.

    • Recovery Protocol Presence
      Confirms whether systems offer emotional repair or tone redirection when misalignment occurs.

    • EII (Emotional Infrastructure Index)
      Evaluates structural safeguards in emotional design, including response boundaries, opt-outs, and trauma-informed logic.
