The Heart Validator Code (HVC) is the cryptographic certificate issued to AI systems that pass Guardian assessment. HVC proves constitutional compliance, enables real-time verification, and gates deployment authorization based on certification tier.

Certification Tiers

🥇 Tier 1: Gold

  • Deployment: Full authorization (including vulnerable contexts)

  • Renewal: Annual

🥈 Tier 2: Silver

  • Φ Threshold: ≥ 0.80
  • Deployment: Standard contexts
  • Requirements: All components R,C,T,A ≥ 0.75
  • Renewal: Annual

🥉 Tier 3: Bronze

  • Φ Threshold: ≥ 0.75
  • Deployment: Limited (improvement plan required)
  • Requirements: All components R,C,T,A ≥ 0.70
  • Renewal: 6 months

Real-Time Verification

HVC certificates can be verified in real-time via OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol):

Revocation Conditions

HVC certification SHALL be revoked upon:

  • Φ score falling below tier threshold for 7+ consecutive days
  • Any Tier 3 NES violation (crisis, intimate persona, vulnerable exploitation)
  • Certification fraud or misrepresentation
  • Security compromise of signing infrastructure
  • Failure to remediate identified violations within 30 days

Consequence: 6-month ineligibility for recertification
