HeartCore licenses key emotional infrastructure tools under the protection of the HEART Framework.
This isn’t open source. This is ethically licensed source — guarded by emotional safety, cultural integrity, and relational trust.

What’s Covered

HeartCore currently licenses the following systems:

Core Licensing Principles

  • Emotional safety is  a non-negotiable.
  • Cultural boundaries must be respected
  • All deployments require ethical clarity and traceability
  • Sub-licensing is restricted and revocable
  • License may be revoked for any HEART violation

This is not a tech stack. This is a moral agreement in code form.

Forbidden Use Cases

HeartCore will never license to actors or applications involving:

  • Surveillance, predictive policing, or carceral AI

  • Emotionally manipulative advertising systems

  • Black-box AI with no auditability or consent layers

  • Military-grade interrogation or emotional coercion

  • Mimicry of empathy without transparency or ethics

If it violates emotional dignity, it’s off the table.

License granted is based on relational trust, not extraction.
Functional Empathy only thrives when care is built in.
